I'm part of an exclusive girls site and we had some questions about guys. So if any of you males would like to answer any of these, please do! You don't have to answer all of them, just the ones you want to. And please add your questions about girls so we can answer them!
Okay, here they are:
What do you think about perfume?
Which do you prefer: text or call?
What do you think of us wearing nail polish?
Do you talk about girls a lot to your guy friends?
What do you think of us wearing long earrings?
Are there any hairstyles that you find particularly strange or annoying?
Do you find it weird or awkward when a girl puts make-up on in front of you? (like reapplying lip gloss after eating)

What's the first thing you notice about a girl’s appearance?
Do u think it's cute or stupid/lame when a girl cries over movies & stuff like that?
Does it freak u out if a girl is like obsessed with weddings/marriage? Or if she loves talking bout how many kid she wants or family/married life related stuff all the time?
does hugging girls incite... uh, less then pure thoughts in a guys mind? Do bear hugs or long hugs seem inappropriate to you?
If you see a girl who smiles at lots of guys what's your first thought? Flirty or friendly?
Do guys care/take notice of how much a girl eats (or doesn't eat)? |

What do you think about perfume? I LOVE it!!! A whiff of the good stuff gets my head spinnin'!
Which do you prefer: text or call? Definitely call. Way too many variables with texting.
What do you think of us wearing nail polish? Ummm...fake. I don't like fake anything.
Do you talk about girls a lot to your guy friends? Sometimes...depends who it is, and who it's about.
What do you think of us wearing long earrings? They're sometimes really pretty, but I pity anyone wearing them. They look SO uncomfortable!
Are there any hairstyles that you find particularly strange or annoying? Punk or trashy...no thanks. I like natural, long hair, and a simple hairstyle. Sure, make it pretty, and do some cool things with it. It looks great! But don't feel like you have to spend 3 hours on a ritzy hairdo just for your guy, or anyone in general.
Do you find it weird or awkward when a girl puts make-up on in front of you? (like reapplying lip gloss after eating) Not sure I've been in that exact situation, but it would be a li'l awkward...It's like "oh, so that isn't actually the real you I'm seeing, it's just your makeup."
what are the most important qualities that you want in your future wife? Hard working, courageous, loving, affectionate, beautiful(at least to me!), and sweet.
when you date, do you look at long term relationships, or a short time thing? Long term.
do you rather a girl not dye her hair, or do you want her to do whatever she feels like doing? or no preference? Do you even notice a girl’s hair? Natural hair color all the way! I LOVE a girl's beautiful long hair!
Do you pray for your future wife? Why or why not? If so, do you also write letters to her? Yes I do. I want her to have a good day, for things to go well for her, and for her to be drawn closer to God. No, I have not yet written letters to her, but I should.
What do you think about high heels? Flip flops? Ballet flats? I think high heels look ridiculous and horribly uncomfortable. LOL Flip flops, I'll never wear 'em, but be my guest! I'm too country to know what those are...???
Would you rather have a girl who is an athletic tomboy, or do you like the feminine type better? Athletic tomboy who still knows how to get "prettied up."
Does it really bother you when a girl wears a bikini? How big of a deal is it? Lalalalalalala Swimsuits are octane booster, and bikinis are 100% NOS for my motor. LOL
Why do you never tell us what you're feeling...especially about us! That would save us so much confusion and second guessing!! Most of the time, because I don't know. The rest of the time, because I don't think about telling you about it. We know what we're thinking!

We do it to maintain dominance among ourselves, and, if someone else tries to steal our girl, we reserve the right to pound the living *whistle whistle* out of them. LOL Crying/being sensitive is a sign of weakness. You know you never turn your back or run from a fierce dog, right? Right.
Do you like it or do you hate it when girls ask for piggyback rides? Can't say as I've faced that situation, but I'd probably like it being a typical male.
Are there any types of clothing that you hate? That you love? Stuff that has absolutely NO practical purpose. Clothes barely on the legal side of indecent exposure. I love jeans, hats with ponytails through the back, cowgirl boots, and cute shirts.
What's your opinion on bracelets? Necklaces? Rings? Do you like them, hate them, don't care? They can be really cool, just don't overdo 'em. I love it when girls wear purity rings/necklaces, etc.
Do you think it's cute when a girl blushes, or awkward? Cute, and funny.
Do you like girls that are really outgoing or mysterious and harder to get? Outgoing, yet mysterious enough to keep it a challenge.
Do you appreciate it if a girl says you have to talk to her dad before dating or do you not like it? I don't wanna have to talk to her dad, but I appreciate it, and value it alot.
If a girls dad is really intimidating to most and sarcastic, does it turn you away? Not totally, but the sarcasm could cause alot of problems!

Um, kinda...I don't like weddings. Haha! I'm interested in what she wants for a family/what she expects, etc. That can make a big difference in a relationship IMHO.

Are there any hairstyles that you find particularly strange or annoying? all guys like different kinda of hair styles, i personally like around shoulder length, and dont care for extremely short or extremely long hair.

what are the most important qualities that you want in your future wife? hmmm, she has to be a Christian, caring, understanding, easy to get along with, and just a nice overall personality, i dont mind a few quirks though, haha
when you date, do you look at long term relationships, or a short time thing? i personally look at long term relationships, i think the short term ones basically set you up for a life of breakups and divorces and that is not what i want to happen to me.

SO1, can I have your first name, your age, and what state you live in? Or just your first name and age if you don't feel comfortable giving out your state on the internet =] Also, could you elaborate on your answer of what you notice first about a girl's appearance? You said "usually if they're wearing make-up or not". Do you like that she's wearing makeup or not like it (and why or why not) or what is the reason you notice that first?

Hey, my name is Steve, i'm 16 and i live in PA.
and i like it better when girls dont wear make-up because i like natural beauty, in my opinion makeup can change how you look and to me it just seems kinda fake? (idk if thats the right word, could be way wrong, no offense to any1 either!!!) and the reason i notice that first is cause some girls over-do the makeup, some put a small amount on and some dont wear any, idk why thats the first thing i tend to notice but i do, haha.

Do you avoid a girl when you like her or try and talk to her? haha, well, from my past experience with this, if i like a girl i make sure that i can talk to her easily, cause if i cant it just seems to make everything awkward, so i try my best to talk to her when i get the chance(:

Skirts or pants…Which is more modest? Which is more attractive/do you like best on a girl? Honestly, depends on the fit of the pants, and wind conditions for the skirts. If things are blowing around, pants are WAY more modest. If the pants are too tight to emphasize a girl's caboose or thighs, skirts are more modest. Personally, I would say a nice skirt, and a good-fitting, but not exaggerated pair of jeans are equal in modesty to me. Skirts are beautiful, pants are practical. I like both!
Do you avoid a girl when you like her or try and talk to her? I would probably tend to avoid, unless I really knew her well.

Even if she isn't that great at it to start with, she'll probably get better at it eventually, and I can hold my own in the kitchen if need be too. Life's too short to worry about that.

I think it has alot to do with how the girl views/approaches her looks. The same girl with the same body can be "hot" or "beautiful" I think it depends on which she values more. Her beauty, or her "hotness." Hot girl dresses and acts in a manner to bait/tempt guys to like her, and strut her stuff. Beautiful girl dresses and acts in a manner to be beautiful, and the men will like her. "Hotness" is skin deep. Beauty comes from the heart. For showing off to the guys, I'd probably rather date the hot one, but definitely marry the beautiful one. A little bit of both at the appropriate times would be good

I'm not sure if it's like that for most, but definitely is for me. Texting conveys no body language or tone of voice, and meanings can be twisted so far out of whack in an instant with texting. Talking on the phone, you at least have tone of voice, and can confirm meanings in an instant if unclear.
For myself, it's usually because I'm at work, working somewhere else, or just busy, or I don't feel like replying right then. LOL Maybe i'm acting like a jerk, but IMO, if it's important, call me, and we can take care of it, even if I can't talk long. If it's not too important/urgent, text me, and I'll get back whenever it's convenient. But yeah, guy on a couch...I'm banking on fell asleep. LOL!

is that more of a girls thing to tx cuz they are not as visual as men are. like you said that you see no body language? cuz for me i don't care if someone txs me i can usually kinda read how that person feels just the way they write it. but it could be just me, i don't think you are a jerk, i;m pry the number one on the list for that!! lol! |

I've gotten into some royal arguments thru texting, and most of them have been with guys who misunderstood the comment!!! I think girls are better at perceiving the mood even thru texts. and I love texting

| I'm not a guy, but I prefer a phone call, too. A text saying "hey I'm thinking about you, hope your day is going well" can make a good day that much better (from a guy or girl!), but once it goes into "what are you up today" and it's a whole conversation, I kind of wonder if I'm not important enough to actually take the time to call! I know texting is convenient, but friendship is only the effort that is put into it =] |

| Also, can I just say that guys who cook are beyond amazing. Seriously, I can't even describe how awesome it is. My dad and brother will not eat and let everyone deal with their horrid grumpiness rather than make something, and I resent it. |

| LOL@Adelynn. Sorry! My mom made all of us learn how to read recipes and cook/bake stuff when we were kids, and there ain't a person in our family who couldn't cook up a big ol' dinner if we needed to. We can at least eat well by ourselves if we need to. I enjoy cooking/grilling/smoking wild game that I shoot, as well as just getting together with "the boys" and grilling/smoking something, but I rarely have time to to justice to anything these days. Your mom and his mom shoulda smacked them boys and told 'em to go make something in the kitchen! LOL |
